JLC Incorporated has been a General Contractor since 1979, and specifically on Commercial only projects since 1983. We’ve been awarded numerous contracts through the bidding process, both invited bids and public bids, as we are very competitive in the Commercial Construction market. We have also been fortunate enough to be selected for negotiated work, mostly from repeat clients. JLC strives to keep strong long-term relationships with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
